As we know that women think more emotionally than logically. Sometimes women find it difficult to make a choice. In other way, man think more logically than emotionally, that’s why, emotion can easily interrupt women decision and make them become less optimistic than men.
Second, stress can influence more in women’s working spirit. A large proportion of women say they can’t achieve a work life balance due to stress at work. Because emotion still remains here, stress become occurs more in women, of course it will disrupted their performance. In the other sides, women also become mothers who have responsible to raise their children. They also have to maintain their time as wives to care their husband. Fulltime activities in a whole day make them sensitive of stress. It influences their workforce in business.
Those reasons make women become less productive than men. They considered less optimistic about predicting their company growth and they also sensitive of stress. After all, actually it’s hard for women who have married to maintain their time and balancing their work and family.
